About
I am an architect interested in the many sides of making ideas into things- buildings, spaces and artifacts. My project background is diverse. I worked for many years as a public artist producing murals, developing educational programs and working with communities throughout Canada and beyond. I later trained as an architect (M. Arch, University of Toronto) and became involved in developing modular building technologies, worked in film and television, designed theatres and bridges. In recent years I have returned to more mainstream architectural practice working on large-scale commercial developments, usually with a significant public realm and transit component. My manifold experience has led to in-depth knowledge of various trades and practices beyond architecture: property development, landscape and urban design, bespoke fabrication, R & D, patent development, film production…and most of all working with people to get things done!
The above is intended as biography and not solicitation of Architectural work.
